What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, money orders, and credit cards.

When is payment due?

Unless a service contract is in place, all payments are due at the time services are completed. We do not offer financing or accept delayed payments under any circumstances.

What kind of electrical industry do you specialize in?

We have extensive experience in all electrical areas, including residential, commercial, and industrial.

How long does a typical project take?

Each job is different, and that answer entirely depends on how extensive the work is. However, rest assured that we will complete the job quickly and efficiently!

How do you charge for projects? By the hour, job, etc.?

Our prices are determined by the task at hand. Some services may be priced over the phone. However, it is usually best to see the job before giving a price. Technicians will discuss pricing before beginning the job to prevent unexpected surprised.

Do you have your own crew or do you hire subcontractors?

All of our workers on site are Burbank Electric employees. We do not hire subcontractors and will complete all the work ourselves. No need to worry about the middleman!

Who is responsible for getting the necessary permits?

Burbank Electric will gain all the necessary permits.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on the work you do?

All of our work comes with a one-year guarantee! Certain materials may also include a manufacturer’s warranty!
